Investment Opportunity in Ayampe

I have a piece of land in the coast of Ecuador. Currently it is part of the Las Tunas comuna. There is a way to get a title deed legally.

My plan is to sell that land, but before that I want to convert its posession title into a property deed. This sole change will allow me to sell the land for a price 8x higher.

I am looking for partners to help me raise the USD10,000 the legal procedure requires. You can invest anything you can, starting at $1,000. 


How is the business?

For every $1,000 you invest, you receive your investment back plus a 100% revenue ($1,000) in a 18-month period.

Why 18 months? The lawyer can do the work in 4 months. The rest of the time is to give me time to sell it. 


My guarantee

My guarantee is this: if for any reason the lawyer fails in doing this procedure, I still have the posession title, and I'll be able to sell the land for US$25,000. So I will sell the land and give you back your investment. 


Why do I offer this guarantee?

I am very confident that my lawyer is good and that this kind of processes has been made on lands of a few people I know. 


How "legal" is doing that?

Now the Ecuadorian law allows to change properties located in Comunal areas into private property, and the process is 100% legal. Until recently, that could only be done with properties that the same person owned since 1984 or before that. But with the new regulations, any land located in Comuna land can be transformed into private property.


Why is the total investment $10,000?

Because there are fees to pay the Agriculture Ministry and the Comuna. Both processes are totally legal and the fees paid are official fees.


Where is the land located?

It's near Ayampe, in Manabí province, central coast of Ecuador. The land is located approximately 1km away from the ocean.


Why invest in this project?

2- Low risk. I give you the guarantee that you will get your money back in case the legal work does not work. The land will still be there and I will sell it.
